Feature Request: Scale #3
Description
When showing a percentage the bar fill the height of the chart. e.g. if the values of the items range from 15% to 22% then 22% will fill the full height rather than 22% of the way up. Having an attribute for scale scale with a max / min value would correct this. For percentages a min value of 0 and a max of 100 would then allow the value of 22% to show as 22% of the total allowable height.
