Weekas continu

De weekas is nu lineaire as waarin ook weken 53-99 getoond worden. Dat moet gewoon een continue as worden.

• Aantal weken is 52 of 53.
• Category axis mogelijk? Alleen als alle datasets exact zelfde categorien heeft, dus weken 1 t/m 52 altijd aanwezig. Eventueel leeg data punt
• Positioneren ticks mbv tickPositioner?

tickPositioner:
A callback function returning array defining where the ticks are laid out on the axis. This overrides the default behaviour of tickPixelInterval and tickInterval.
The automatic tick positions are accessible through this.tickPositions and can be modified by the callback.
