Survey Analysis: does kubernetes still uses the survey analysis guide on this repo?

Hi everyone,

I am Ernest Owojori, a LFX mentee with OpenTelemetry. I'm working with my mentors to design guide for Survey Analysis and communication of insights, so OTel SIG can better analyse their survey and communicate findings.

I came across the analysis done here with python. Amazing insights!

I am curious to know if this guide is still being used by the kubernetes community. if no, why?
