How did you install the Kubernetes? Or what is the Kubernetes distribution?

What happened?
Can not config discover_branchs and discover_tags in pipeline when git type is git-source, and now by default the discover_branchs is enabled, but the discover_tags is disabled.
NEED-TODO: support to config discover branch and tag in pipeline-UI when git type is git-source
