[Feature]: Native TTK Toast Notifications

You may wish to consider integrating the toast notification code from the ttkbootstrap toast module to replace the current hack that relies on PowerShell and oaScript.

The ttkbootstrap module is similarly MIT licensed, and the code can be reviewed here. It does rely on the window module, and therefore will need to be reviewed to determine whether it can be amended to operate using ttk proper without whistling up the wind.

Thank you for introducing TTK Toast Notifications. I’ll keep it in mind as a reference.

However, I would prefer to use the OS-native notifications. Since there are other libraries available for displaying notifications, I’d like to explore those options as well. That said, I’d also like to avoid adding too much code just for notifications.

For now, I’ll focus on adjusting things so that it can run safely.

You may wish to add a note about the native notifications functionality to the Features List to ensure there are no concerns about PyPI's ban on obfuscation. Although I reckon that the current code is not a problem, it is a little bit unusual for a library to write and call custom OS-specific scripts at runtime.
