404 in REST Service Tutorial

I am getting a 404 upon completion of the statuslib tutorial (except for HTTP authorization and authentication, which I omitted for the sake of simplicity.)

There also seems to be an inconsistency:
Instead of "config/application.config.php" isn't it 'config/modules.config.php' that needs to have 'StatusLib' added?

Same here. Not getting it right. Couldn't connect with the database. Anyone can recommend better documentation for Laminas API with the database?
