Tabs: Add slug and URL history

It would be a great addition for tabs to have a generated slug and the ability to link to a specific tab being selected.
On tab change you could add #my-tab to the URL and expose the tab slug through tab=my-tab on relationship create/update query, so you would be able to redirect back to the parent with the relevant tab selected.

➕ Plus+1 on this suggestion. It's really useful if you have an extensive resource and have multiple tabs. Sometimes you want to redirect user to exact tab information.
