[CI] Modernize the site's approach to polyfills #6869
Description
Current Behavior
Some maintenance on this site's dependencies (the packages that it uses) is necessary. We need to remove unused or redundant dependencies and replace or discard aging or deprecated packages.
Desired Situation
path-browserify and process are likely unnecessary in modern Node.js environments, as they’re polyfills for older browser-based builds.
Analyze their use and consider whether they can be displaced.
