Enhance hover behavior of Design, Operate, and Collaborate boxes on Kanvas page #7082

Currently, the Design, Operate, and Collaborate boxes on the Kanvas page
have a hover behavior that changes their background color and border style. However, when hovering over the featureHeading component inside these boxes, the same visual effect does not occur.
Expected Behavior
- Hovering over the featureHeading component should trigger the same background color change as when hovering over the box itself.
- The green solid border should change to saffron yellow on hover of the featureHeading div.
