What kind of change does this PR introduce? (pls check at least one)
Description
This PR merges Aloe with MVC Core:
They both meant two sets of concepts, and two version-tracks. We felt this redundancy biting us.
By merging Aloe into MVC Core, we unify the CLI + core runtime experience into one elegant package: console commands, scaffolding, module-loading, all in one place.

Breaks existing custom commands, as Aloe has been swapped out for Sprout
