As a User, I want to create smart contract to log data only, without store anything to state data

some applications do not require to store any state data in blockchain, they just need to log data to guarantee that the data isn't tampered with.

Thanks for your feedback. The current design of Aloxide Model assumes state of models is synced up with smart contract so I think we need to decide a layer to support this.

Maybe #13 is similar to this?

I checked that log data only still generate state table and update actions still check that id is exist in state table.
