Disable 2FA when "Offline"

We want to disable 2FA for our account in the site. But we can't find the option. Is it reset per year?
In that case it won't make much of a sense, but if the login persist through the years then we would very much like to reset it in order to update our phone containing the OTP app.

We never persisted accounts year-to-year, and it’s moot anyways, since we are no longer hosting DEF CON CTF.
