Generating iso issues

Hi,

first of all thanks for creating this nice project and sharing it!

I tried to generate an LEV image, but failed in doing so.
Maybe I misread the instructions but integrating the files and naming the iso file results in an unspecified error.

Can yo share details on how to create the live image of LEV? I would also provide hosting place.
