Button to re-enter full screen mode

The task sometimes inadvertently exits out of fullscreen mode, particularly on tablets. Can we add a small button that appears only when a user has exited fullscreen that returns them to fullscreen?

Note we want this to be unobtrusive enough that we retain the ability to exit fullscreen during testing for our own purposes.
