[Task] Disable consent and additional information pages in SRE English

The ROAR sentence reading task has a consent page and a page asking for additional demographic information by default. When running from our dashboard, these should be skipped entirely and it should go right into the task. Likely doable using URL params that are read from serve.js in the roar-sre repo
