BUG - Prohibit keyboard responses on all tasks except H & F

Keyboard responses are currently possible for TROG and Vocab and 4afc math trials, but these aren't intepretable because we haven't given instructions on how to use the keys to map onto the possible options. Keyboard responses in all tasks should be prohibited with the exception of H&F. However, even in this case we need to add instructions on how to use the keys (how these map onto the on screen buttons) for keyboard users.
