Check pipeline given new child survey as a task

When we launch the new child survey as a task with upcoming core-tasks changes, the survey will likely go to runs document instead of separate survey document as SurveyJS currently does. Check what this does and whether:

• The data validator should build an exception/separate branch when procesing runs for child survey data, or
• @zwatson2001 should make changes to how the child survey as a task structures/writes data in order to mimic what surveyJS was doing
