We should have an agent gathering data automatically

There were 2 attempts made at starting an AI agent that could gather data to feed the MOT automatically: PR #114 and #145. Unfortunately neither was pursued beyond the initial attempt and this was left unfinished in a state that's not really usuable.

Since then we've greatly reduced the amount of information needed for a model to be registered in the MOT so that task has been simplified to some degree. It would be great to resume this work one way or another (it doesn't have to be based on the above PRs).

We should probably primarily focus on information that can be found from Hugging Face but it doesn't have to be limited to that obviously.
