Repeat of Issue 30. Nothings working.

Made it the smallest i could make it proper, and yet im still struggling to get it to work. Ive heeded EVERYTHING on issue 30 and other issues of the sort and im pulling my hair out metaphorically. A friend was struggling with this too, but somehow made it work without understanding what made it work. I genuinely have no idea what could be going wrong.

Yes i have, i even did the moon in case it was just due to a distance issue and it still refused to assemble it.

edit: so i was stupid n tried it with mars and this time it worked. WHY MARS? NO IDEA.
I tested a different rocket with the moon and NOW it works

this mod should clarify certain things ngl
