Create official social media handles for Lima project

As Lima becomes a CNCF Incubating project, I think we should create official social media accounts to share updates and connect with the community. We could set up accounts on X, BlueSky, and Mastodon. This would help more people learn about Lima and build a stronger community around the project. Just posting about scheduled meetings, meeting notes, and feature releases should be fine for now.
