[Feature]: Window background blur

SUMMARY | 功能概要

I believe the current Treeland used in Deepin does not support background blur on windows, the older KWin manager could use it with KWin scripts for blur.

A feature for blur (preferably customizable opacity and blur strength) would be nice to have and would fit in with the blur aesthetic of Deepin

An effect similar to the attached picture would be desired.
