Secure Boot password generation password strength

Linux Mint has a different password strength requirement to generate a valid (not "weak") password to enroll secure boot and to create a user password.

For instance, I can use a password of 6 characters with only numbers for the user creation screen, whereas I can't do the same for the secure boot screen (together with multimedia codecs).

This is a limitation of the installer, because I can use the mokutil command in the terminal to create a test password of 6 characters with only numbers for secure boot integration (MOK enrollment).

Not sure if this is asking the same-thing I'm thinking, but... the "password strength" indicator in the installer screen where you add the user-account is a bit weak.

If you enter the word "Password" followed by a few numbers and a symbol it goes green, saying it's strong, e.g.: Password123!

Any password with the word "password" in it should never be considered strong, given how commonly it's used.

Any words or sequences found here on Wikipedia should all automatically give a fail if they are entered (though should still be permitted to be used -- just show a red status).

What I am asking is that the Secure Boot password strength should be the same as the user password (i.e. make it weaker, like the user password creation step). Local account passwords for home users aren't that really important if the disk is not encrypted in the first place.
