Better video / audio devices enumeration API

Currently there is no simple way to enumerate and specify Camera device on macOS.

This is a pretty old one, but I'd still love to have uniform query/obervation here:

        AudioManager.shared.onDeviceUpdate = { [weak self] _ in
            Task { @MainActor in
                self?.audioDevices = AudioManager.shared.inputDevices
                self?.selectedAudioDeviceID = AudioManager.shared.defaultInputDevice.deviceId

                videoDevices = try await CameraCapturer.captureDevices()
                selectedVideoDeviceID = videoDevices.first?.uniqueID

Avoiding the use of AVCaptureDevice would be also cool (use MediaDevice wrapper instead)

@xianshijing-lk I think we should pull this out of the backlog (even creating new wrappers) as it would definitely improve the ergonomics, flutter (better) example: https://github.com/livekit/client-sdk-flutter/blob/main/lib/src/hardware/hardware.dart
