Make account pages server-side again #445

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Due to Next's recent security patch, we are no longer able to transpile @rainbowkit for server-side rendering. Therefore, we removed SSR for all account pages here: #427.
We should figure out some way to be back SSR in the future.
