Allow tooltips to work on mobile #459

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Currently there is no way to open toltips on mobile. I expected them to work on clicking the question mark but nothing happens.
Describe the solution you'd like
To improve mobile experience it would be great to change the mobile behavoir to show tooltips on maybe tapping will open a popover.
