[iOS] Recorder state remains paused after call interruption despite successful resume

Description

When recording in iOS, if the app goes to background, receives a call, the call is declined, and the app returns to foreground, the recorder resumes recording successfully, but its state continues to show as paused.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start recording in iOS
2. Move the app to background
3. Receive a phone call
4. Decline the call
5. Return to foreground

Expected Behavior

The recorder state should reflect the actual recording status and show as resumed/recording after successfully resuming.

Actual Behavior

The recorder successfully resumes recording, but the state property continues to indicate paused even though recording is actively happening.

Impact

This creates a discrepancy between the actual recording behavior and the reported state, which can cause issues for UI updates and application logic that depends on the recorder state.
