Registration result not matched

Dear developers, I'm using D-LMBmap to register the mouse brain, I have two doubts

1. before registration, should the moving image be resized to the size of the fixed atlas (if not resized, the registration will raise an error )
2. I feel the registration result differs from the atlas, the left and right parts of the registration are black which don't match the labels of the fixed image.

2. This result may be caused by the incompatibility of the models embedded in our software with your data.
