Error in chalice logs while running it on LocalStack inside docker container

I have cloned a working repo https://github.com/Sam1320/GroupLang
I want to test and debug it locally and I am using telegram for testing but as an alternative of aws I use localstack(docker).
But after deploying the lambda function It can't able to run the app, and also produces errors.

Hi @alloc7260,
I've looked into your issue recently but unfortunately the referred repo's chalice deploy returning multitude of exceptions relating to the package versions.
Could you please give me a complete list of the versions you were using at the time to deploy/run your application so I can reproduce the issue?
