Problem or Use Case

The user is missing secrets that they need for the build and they want to get them from a colleague.

Proposed Solution

Create a new command called lpop ask. This will create a textual message that is copied to the clipboard that the user can share in open channels to a manager or colleague to get variables. It should share the public key that is created for the device as per #45 .
