Label required.   This should show in docs.

I spent hours trying to figure out why checkbox didn't work.  turns out that you HAVE to have an html LABEL  in there, at least when you're using the Icon option. Otherwise, it just doesn't work.  Please put this in somewhere where people can see this..  Otherwise, thank you... i love your code.....
