Don't list tv shows without episodes

I have a few tv shows that don't have any files listed in them (this is because the files were removed from the my server, but the show was not removed from Plex). In this case official plex apps will not show the tv show. I think this app should follow suite and hide shows without episodes.

That is, because the only implemented view-mode is the folderview. ;-)
Filter-functions and other viewmodes are on my todo-list.
