For operation rule categories with an output variable in decimal or date format, the report currently lists all combinations of input/output values, which quickly becomes impractical and of limited use in a report. For these types of output variables, maybe there could a more concise default, like showing the input/output combinations for the min/max values (cf the output for direct_mapping of a decimal variable). I think usually this would give the user enough information to see if/how well the operation worked.
