Fascinating. I don't have the scrollback logs anymore. However, there weren't any changes recently. It simply calls the search api to get the list of pulls to leave a comment on.

The pull is neither open, nor was it inactive.

I guess this was an upstream API fluke?

I've seen similar cases, where a comment was left twice, even after a delay of 4 hours, meaning the API replied with the wrong result?
