nit: out of order PR numbers

The PRs created by git-stack often end up with out-of-order PR numbers, which can be a bit confusing when reviewing the stack.

This might be due to how we parallelize creating the PRs to keep things fast, do you think an option to make this serial would work for you (but knowing it may make the command much slower)?
