Reclustering is not called on maxZoom level

Transition to minZoom level of the map does not call reclustering immediately, but after another action with the map.

Actions:

• Zoom to minZoom Level
  
• Zoom in
  
• Zoom out
  

Clusters will stay the same and won't recluster immediately.
