Data issue: problems with county-level export of SC congressional elections #16
Description
In SC, the "county" level data is reported as districts (not the same thing as congressional districts). So the export scripts fail because they are looking for a county geography not a district geography. We will also have to check on AHCB to see how they handle counties in SC.
