Added a book that fills cap between PHP and theoretical Eric Evans famous "Domain-driven Design: Tackling Complexity in the Heart of Software".
Evans book is fundamental in Domain Driven Design community and it is known as "The Big Blue Book" . As a PHP programmer it is good to read the same fundamental concepts with practical samples form another PHP programmer. It is easier to read and understand because it covers basic concepts, it has samples and therefore it is not so overwhelming.
