Mild Constant CPU Usage Increase

I have run this on the latest fabric version on 1.21.11 on Windows and Linux(Cachyos) with only malilib, minihud, and litematica installed. Litematica is the biggest offender about 20% CPU increase on my cpu. Minihud about 6%. Downgrading Litematica to litematica-fabric-1.21.11-0.25.4.jar fixes the issue on windows and linux. Minihud has to go down to minihud-fabric-1.21.11-0.38.1.jar to fix it. If you need more info let me know.

Main OS: 6.19.2-2-cachyos
Windows: Windows 11 64 bit
Minecraft: Fabric 1.21.11
