Reply to snap (picture taken) arrow not working #385

Fresh install of 9.39.5.0 build 2.1.0 104 . Started from scratch again. Experiencing an issue with the bar at the bottom of the screen (user it's being sent to with arrow). For example, I view John Doe's snap he sent me, I double tap his name to reply, camera opens then take a picture. Make the caption, hit the send arrow at the bottom beside John Doe's name, will not send. Sc isn't froze because I can move/edit the caption. It's almost like a floating window is keeping me from touching that bar. My temp solution? Hit the recent apps button and go back into snapchat seems to fix it. Now with that said I noticed it happens more frequently when notifications of snaps are coming in, in the background that also affects viewing stories. Many notifications at once while attempting a task may implement a crash. I find it very difficult catching a log due to the nature of how this happens.
