Error publishing map to DOMA #5
Description
Since a few weeks I am not able to publish maps to DOMAs anymore.
When I try to connect to the webservice I get the following error message:
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.
I think this could be related to the deprecation of TLS 1.1 and lower and the usage of an old version of the .NET framework, but I am not sure.
Any ideas what exactly the problem is or how this can be fixed?
