Problems building/testing based on the requrements list

I am not familiar with Ruby, nor java, but this looks like an excellent tool.

I tried to build and use this tool by installing JRuby, and installing the jem as specified. When I tried to run the javac line, I received the errors at : http://pastebin.com/FB8RyLwV

A better requirements and 'how to' would be nice for new users (like me) if someone had the time to make one.

I am experiencing a similar problem, I receive these errors: http://pastebin.com/GFJefNMm

the first one is: "error: error reading lib/collections-generic-4.01.jar; cannot read zip file"
I tried unpacking the JARs with unzip and the jar util, and it worked perfectly,
but when I import the project to Eclipse and try to unfold any JAR in lib/ the folding arrow just disappears and nothing else happens, indicating something is wrong with them.

Can you upload a compiled version of the Java part of the application, or give me pointers on how to continue running your app?
