Plot S3 cloud mask over ERA5 total cloud cover

Tasks:

• Find cloud mask product from the SLSTR Level 1B Radiances and Brightness Temperatures or the OLCI level 1 - S3 at hourly intervals
• Overlay the S3 cloud mask over ERA5 total cloud cover (TCC)
• Evaluate the performance of ERA5 by computing the IoU (Jaccard index)
