__init__() missing 1 required positional argument: 'enum' & Tutorial Clarification

Hi there,

Thank you very much for your exciting methods.
I hit a TypeError with make_dirs.py.
from malid import config, logger

It returns: TypeError: init() missing 1 required positional argument: 'enum'

Other than that,
I was confused about tutorial https://nbviewer.org/github/maximz/malid/blob/master/notebooks/tutorial.ipynb.

It shows:
This tutorial covers:
Mal-ID configuration settings
Accessing sample metadata
Loading sequence data
Loading Models 1, 2, and 3 and making predictions with these base models
Loading the ensemble metamodel and making predictions

However, it also shows: This tutorial assumes you've already followed the "runbook": the commands in the readme to load the data and train the models.

As a first-time learner, which approach should I follow and to what extent?

Hi there,

Again, I realized an environment variable named MALID_CV_SPLIT need to be defined. Where can I find this .env file? I am very confused.

In the ReadMe

Which data is incorporated into the cross validation divisions:  

determined by config._default_cross_validation_split_strategy, which defaults to CrossValidationSplitStrategy.in_house_peak_disease_timepoints. 
Can be overriden with the MALID_CV_SPLIT environment variable, which accepts the name of any CrossValidationSplitStrategy enumeration value (e.g. MALID_CV_SPLIT='in_house_peak_disease_timepoints')

Should I manually create a .env or export in terminal with MALID_CV_SPLIT=in_house_peak_disease_timepoints?

Could you please help explain it?

As "TypeError: init() missing 1 required positional argument: 'enum'", I encountered the same problem. And I found that running pip install environs==11.0.0 works
