browsers: include qutebrowser, abandon uzbl #32
Description
uzbl is sleeping if not dead (uzbl/uzbl#408).
qutebrowser is kind of the successor to dwb, wich is not totally unixy but probably comparable to luakit (it can only display more websites better than luakit in my experience). It the README of qutebrowser there is also a commented list of similar web browsers and browser addons.
