Add explanation of arrows in ALTERNATIVES.md?

I'm probably just dumb but I don't know what the arrows (->) mean in ALTERNATIVES.md. Perhaps a short note in the intro could be helpful?

I'm fairly certain it means: "Less bloated alternative"

Obviously, this only refers to an alternative, that performs the main task "in some way" similarly. They are by no means drop-in replacements, but may require entirely new workflows to work.
