Description
Nice app here. Easy to use and effective. I'm trying to write an applescript file that changes preferences basically from "0" to "65872." And back and forth depending on if I'm using a specific keyboard or not.
I'm having difficulty figuring out how to "activate" one or the other.
By echoing the desired pref, I got it to change the System Preferences but I want an immediate effect by "activating" it now.
do shell script "echo 0 > /Library/StartupItems/DoubleCommand/temp; mv /Library/StartupItems/DoubleCommand/temp /Library/StartupItems/DoubleCommand/DoubleCommand.pref" with administrator privileges
Running the other files in the StartupItems folder don't seem to activate anything immediately. Any other ideas?
