The event 'user_unshared_webcam_message' is being generated twice #304

When the user unshares a webcam, the event "user_unshared_webcam_message" is being put twice into redis.
Both events are very similar but are not exactly the same. The differences are that the first one has an empty "stream" attribute and the timestamp is updated when the second event is generated.
