Unable to start the Megasync app on Mac

Hello,

I have been trying to use the mega sync app on my MacBook but the app gets stuck during the login process, I tried all possible solutions like uninstalling the app and installing it again and trying to login through the safari browser, but the login page doesn't open.

Hi Sunil,

For an issue with MEGAsync you should be using https://github.com/meganz/MEGAsync/issues, but since you're having the same issue on the web-client, could you please:

1. visit https://mega.nz/debug!login (to enable debugging)
2. open the web console, and try to login
3. save the console contents to disk, and send that file to support@mega.nz linking to this Github issue

I suspect something in your side is blocking the connection to our server(s), watch the console for any network errors as that may does help you figuring how to solve for yourself, but otherwise the logs file will help us to figure ourselves.
