An error in NettyUtils.clearPipeline

Eh,I found log 'removed {} handlers from pipeline' cannot output,so I toggle this method,then I found pipeline.first throws an exception.

I am not sure i understand the issue. Can you give a full stack trace? Remove handlers from pipeline is used before applying protocol.
