Purview should have it's own category

I suggest to put anything Purview related in it's own category instead of being under Microsoft 365.
Purview (or compliance) it's the only main Microsoft admin portal missing as it's own category on cmd.ms

If everyone agrees to go forward with this I could do the rename of the category name in the rows affected on commands.csv but I don't know if anything else is needed.

I'll get on it and also take the change to update the URLs to the new compliance portal as a saw a few that didn't have them.

Just to be sure @merill to have Purview as it's own category I only need to change the category to "Purview" in commands.csv?

What about the icon like here?
